- Nuclear Energy Academic Roadmap (NEAR), a collaborative effort of ORAU Partnership for Nuclear Energy is aimed at strengthening the future of nuclear education and workforce capacity building in the United States. This roadmap represents the combined expertise and dedication of educators, industry leaders, government agencies and other stakeholders working together to address one of the most pressing challenges facing the nuclear energy sector – building a skilled and resilient workforce.
- Energy & Manufacturing in Appalachia (EMA) initiative empowers small and medium manufacturers to thrive in the energy sector. By providing technical assistance, business support, and reimbursement grants up to $10,000, EMA helps companies expand production, create jobs, and seize new market opportunities. Manufacturers also benefit from strategies to reduce emissions, boost efficiency, and lower costs. Serving 156 counties across Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, EMA connects businesses to energy supply chains. Managed by Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) organizations and led by Catalyst Connection, EMA empowers the Appalachian region’s manufacturing base for today’s markets.
